# Funds

Partner integration guide draft · English v1.0 · 20 October 2026

[Distribution OS](/distribution-os/overview) · [Getting Started](/distribution-os/getting-started) · [Funds product guide](/products/funds)

Distribution OS connects every product in the ARCO Funds catalog to partner applications. Partners offer tokenized money market, bond, equity and residential private credit products inside their own service, and customers pay with ArcoUSD through one common purchase and redemption flow. The [Funds product guide](/products/funds) defines each product's exposure, reference figures, rights and risks; this page describes what a partner integrates and displays.

## Products partners can distribute

All eight products use the same Distribution OS integration. DigiFT-linked products and HOME through NUVA and Figure are both connected through ARCO vaults; [DigiFT Product References](/products/funds/digift-product-references) and the [HOME guide](/products/funds/home) describe their external roles. Reference AUM, yields and returns are in the [launch catalog](/products/funds#launch-catalog). Each product's launch announcement determines when it is enabled for a partner.

## Product at a glance

| Integration field | Funds |
| - | - |
| Payment asset | ArcoUSD. A customer holding USDC, USDT or RLUSD first converts it into ArcoUSD on a 1:1 basis. |
| Position received | The Funds product token linked to the relevant RWA, credited after the external purchase and settlement are confirmed |
| Price | The product's NAV or price basis, valuation date, currency, class and costs. Funds tokens do not all have a fixed price of one dollar. |
| Return treatment | Underlying performance and costs are reflected in product value; any separate distribution follows the product's policy |
| Redemption | Standard follows the product's asset recovery and settlement schedule. Instant is offered where the product provides it, through the Internal Liquidity Sleeve or the OTC Network. |
| Redemption asset | Defined per product, including whether payout is in ArcoUSD |
| Payout | Automatic. There is no claim step. |
| Customer information | Purchases through ARCO vaults do not require the partner to submit customer identification information. Permitted regions and token transfer conditions follow each product's offering terms. |
| Costs | External product costs, ARCO purchase and redemption costs, and any Instant Redemption fee, each shown separately in the quote |

## Purchase flow

| Stage | What happens | Partner display |
| - | - | - |
| Purchase confirmation | The product, ArcoUSD quantity, price, costs and expected quantity received are confirmed | Review the purchase |
| Receive and burn ArcoUSD | ARCO accepts the customer's ArcoUSD and links the burn record to the purchase request | Payment received; the product is not yet credited |
| Withdraw reserve assets | USDC, USDT or RLUSD is withdrawn from the ArcoUSD treasury according to the target RWA's payment requirements | Processing |
| External purchase and settlement | The asset is acquired through the product's issuance, distribution and settlement procedures | Processing |
| Receive the product | Settlement is confirmed and the Funds product token is credited to the recipient | Confirmed holding |

The ArcoUSD burn alone does not complete the purchase. Do not show product tokens awaiting issuance as a received balance. The product terms define the treatment of price changes, external purchase delays and settlement failures, including refunds or reprocessing. If a refund requires ArcoUSD to be reissued, it follows separate approval and records, and the original burn record is retained.

## Redemption flow

| Route | When it applies | What happens |
| - | - | - |
| Standard | The product's default route | The request is accepted, the underlying asset is recovered and settled, and the payout is sent to the recipient automatically |
| Instant through the Internal Liquidity Sleeve | The product offers Instant and internal liquidity covers the request | Product tokens are burned and the payout is made together, with a redemption fee shown in the quote |
| Instant through the OTC Network | The product offers OTC liquidity and an executable quote is accepted | The tokens are transferred to the liquidity partner or burned, according to the quote and settlement method |

A redemption request or token processing alone does not establish completed payout. Show the redemption as complete only after the payout asset reaches the recipient. In an OTC acquisition, a token transfer to the buyer is not a burn.

## Positions and returns

Display Funds holdings with the definitions in [Positions & Performance](/transparency/nav-and-returns#partner-positions-and-performance).

| Display item | How to derive it |
| - | - |
| Confirmed holding | Product tokens credited to the recipient after settlement |
| Purchase in progress | ArcoUSD burned for a purchase whose settlement is not yet confirmed; do not show it as a holding |
| Holding value | Quantity × the product's NAV or price, with its source, valuation date and currency |
| Redemption in progress | The outstanding request and its token treatment; do not also count it as a holding |
| Distributions | Separate entitlements or paid amounts under the product's policy, distinguished from performance reflected in price |

External product AUM and returns describe the underlying product, not ARCO vault holdings or a customer's return. Seven-day yield, yield to maturity, target net APY and historical returns measure different things; label each with its basis and period.

## Integration fields to read per product

| Dimension | Information to read in the selected product's specification |
| - | - |
| Investment exposure | The underlying fund, class, assets and investment strategy |
| Performance basis | The valuation currency, NAV or price basis, observation period and costs |
| Redemption asset | The payout asset and representation, payout network and recipient conditions |
| Return treatment | Performance reflected in price, separate distributions or other treatment under the product's policy |
| Regions and transfers | Permitted regions and token transfer conditions, including relevant external-product restrictions |
| Subscription and redemption | Acceptance, price fixing, allocation, recovery, settlement and verified receipt for the offered route |

The applicable contract defines whether a customer's position represents direct external holdings or separate rights linked to the underlying product. API integration does not change the product's transfer restrictions or legal rights.

## Interface notes

* Funds confirmation, subscription processing and position allocation are distinct outcomes. A general deposit contract's transfer and mint behavior is not evidence that it executes the complete Funds flow; use the Funds release specification for the actual interface.
* Convert quantities to integers in each token's smallest units, and store the purchase and redemption request identifiers. After a timeout, resolve the original request before submitting another.

## Risks to disclose

Asset-specific price, credit, interest rate, currency and liquidity risks can cause losses. External purchase and settlement can be delayed, and redemption timing follows each underlying product's business days, cutoffs and settlement cycle. See [Access & Risk](/security/terms-and-risks#partner-access-and-product-eligibility) and the [Funds product guide](/products/funds#eligibility-and-product-rights).
