Mainnet product guide draft · English v1.0 · 7 October 2026 Docs Home · ArcoUSD · ARCO Ecosystem · DigiFT Product References Funds is a product family that connects RWAs issued and distributed through structures that meet applicable regulatory requirements to ARCO’s vault infrastructure. It covers assets issued and distributed under the relevant parties’ regulatory frameworks in markets including the United States, Singapore and Hong Kong, with onboarding focused on DigiFT-linked assets. Users compare investment exposure, valuation and distributions, rights, and redemption terms to choose a product that matches their risk profile. DigiFT-linked products are a representative case. The common Funds structure is designed to connect to individual assets’ issuance and distribution channels.

Product selection

First compare investment exposure and your redemption liquidity needs, then check the product introduction pages below and each product’s offering terms. DigiFT is a representative asset connection case; ARCO’s common vault structure is designed to connect to other issuance and distribution channels as well. Product introductions are also available in the ARCO app.

Products planned for GIWA onboarding

The following eight assets are all planned for onboarding as DigiFT-linked GIWA vault products. Each product will be offered after its underlying asset and class, payment asset, rights, custody and settlement routes, and vault connection are finalized. Planned onboarding does not mean that purchases or redemptions are currently available. The app links below lead to product introductions; launch and trading availability follow each product’s official announcement.

Buying Funds with arcoUSD

Funds is designed to receive and burn the user’s arcoUSD, then settle the purchase with reserve assets from the ArcoUSD treasury according to the target RWA’s payment requirements. The Funds purchase price reflects the asset’s valuation and costs. The dollar exchange basis of 1 arcoUSD does not imply a fixed one-dollar price for every Funds product token. The actual quantity received depends on the target product’s price, costs and finalized settlement terms.

Purchase and settlement status

arcoUSD burning, reserve withdrawal, external asset purchase and product token receipt are recorded as separate states. The arcoUSD burn is linked to the corresponding treasury payment. The same reserve asset is not counted both as backing for outstanding arcoUSD and as a completed Funds settlement. Product tokens awaiting issuance are not shown as already received balances before settlement is complete. Product specifications define the treatment of price changes, external purchase delays, settlement failures, and claims, refunds or reprocessing for incomplete purchases. Completed burn records are retained. If a refund requires arcoUSD to be reissued or another action, it follows separate approval and records, and the product’s terms.

Redemptions and withdrawals

Funds Standard Redemption follows the product’s asset recovery and settlement schedule and price finalization conditions. Products offering Instant Redemption use executable liquidity from an Internal Liquidity Sleeve or the OTC Network, with redemption fees. Product specifications define the asset paid after Funds redemption, whether payout is in arcoUSD and requires reissuance, token processing, fees and price finalization timing. Burning arcoUSD during a purchase does not imply an identical reverse redemption flow for every Funds product. Detailed routes follow Vault Liquidity Architecture and the relevant product guide. In direct redemption, product token burning and payout are linked according to that route. In an OTC acquisition transaction, tokens may instead be transferred to the acquiring counterparty according to the quote and settlement method. A redemption request or token processing alone does not establish completed payout; actual settlement and payout status must also be checked.

Eligibility and product rights

Review investment and price exposure, issuer, manager and custodian roles, returns, losses and costs, eligibility and transfer conditions, valuation dates, settlement schedules and redemption liquidity together. Complete the required KYC, eligibility checks and wallet registration before purchasing or redeeming under the product’s offering terms. Funds product tokens record the quantity of an ARCO product held on-chain. Individual contracts define the relationship between receiving external RWA tokens or fund units directly and participating in their performance and redemption through an ARCO product token. Product specifications identify the token received, the party against whom claims are held, the authoritative record and the custody arrangement. A product or manager’s name alone does not establish direct ownership, custody or guarantee relationships. The relevant issuer or distributor’s licenses and product regulatory conditions apply to that party within its jurisdiction and scope of activities. Eligibility and permitted regions are defined for each product. An external product’s regulatory status does not confer identical permissions or rights on ARCO or every user. Product guides set out the investment exposure and class, contractual rights, supported networks and payment assets, minimum quantities and limits, pricing and costs, redemption routes and settlement schedules, and availability status. Values that are not yet finalized are marked as planned for onboarding or unconfirmed. External product conditions and the conditions applied by ARCO are presented alongside one another.

Valuation and returns

Funds connects the RWA’s valuation source, reference currency, class, valuation date and costs to the product price. The product’s policy governs performance reflected through price and any separate distributions. A high-dividend or income strategy name alone does not imply automatic cash distributions to users. External product AUM and returns are presented separately from ARCO vault holdings and user performance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a product planned for onboarding now?

Planned onboarding is not trading availability. After the underlying asset and class, rights, pricing and settlement connections, and eligibility conditions are finalized, check the product’s official announcement for availability. A product introduction link alone does not establish that purchases are available.

Does 1 arcoUSD buy one product token?

It depends on the product. At purchase confirmation, check the product price, costs and payment conditions, and the expected quantity received. The dollar exchange basis of arcoUSD is not a fixed price for Funds product tokens.

What should I do if my arcoUSD was burned but the product tokens have not arrived?

First check the connection between the purchase request, burn transaction and external purchase and settlement. Tokens awaiting issuance before settlement are not received tokens. Claims, refunds or reprocessing following a price change, settlement delay or failure follow the product guide. Prepare the purchase request details and transaction records, then use the product’s designated operations inquiry channel. Any arcoUSD reissuance required for a refund follows separate approval and records, and the product’s terms.

Will redemption immediately return arcoUSD to me?

Check the product specifications for the payout asset, whether arcoUSD payout or reissuance applies, and price finalization timing. Standard follows asset recovery and settlement schedules. For Instant, check the offered route and executable liquidity or quote. Token burning in direct redemption is also distinct from token transfer in an OTC acquisition transaction.

Does an income or high-dividend product automatically pay cash returns?

Check the distribution policy. Distinguish performance reflected in token price from separately distributed returns. External product returns and AUM do not represent ARCO vault size or a user’s guaranteed return.
