Mainnet product guide draft · English v1.1 · 19 October 2026 This page collects the frequently asked questions from each product and liquidity guide, grouped by guide. Each answer is the same as in its source guide, which gives the surrounding context. The applicable product specification and terms define each product’s conditions.

ArcoUSD

Source guide: ArcoUSD
Ordinary ArcoUSD is a payment and redemption token. To participate in a return strategy, deposit ArcoUSD into Savings and hold sArcoUSD.
Only when you choose a payout asset other than USDC. ArcoUSD has no redemption fee; a withdrawal paid in USDT or RLUSD includes a conversion fee shown in the quote. Network costs also apply.
A withdrawal is paid from the stablecoin reserve in the same transaction that burns your ArcoUSD. There is no queue and no claim step. The separate T+0 to T+2 reserve replenishment target refers to MMF recovery measured from the recovery request date, not to your withdrawal.
No. The roughly 50% MMF target applies to the ArcoUSD liquidity reserve as a whole. Each deposit is received into the stablecoin reserve, and MMF allocations are made in batches across the reserve.
Yes. ArcoUSD is designed to be transferable and used across a wide range of DEXs and lending protocols on GIWA, for trading, liquidity provision, lending, borrowing and collateral. The integrated protocols and markets are listed in the launch specifications. Use in a third-party protocol follows that protocol’s own terms and risks.
Withdrawals are paid immediately from the stablecoin reserve in USDC or another supported stablecoin. USDC is paid 1:1; other supported stablecoins include a conversion fee shown in the quote. For an already submitted request, check its status in the transaction history first.

Savings

Source guide: Savings
ArcoUSD is ARCO’s settlement dollar and serves payment and redemption uses. sArcoUSD represents participation in Stablecoin Savings; its exchange rate to ArcoUSD accrues per second and also reflects losses and costs. Read Stablecoin Savings for its full deposit and exit flow.
No. Returns are reflected through the exchange rate, so quantity stays unchanged and value accrues per second. The Stablecoin Savings example illustrates this without stating an actual return.
Stablecoin Savings uses sArcoUSD redemption, ArcoUSD receipt and a separate ArcoUSD stablecoin redemption. A combined interface still identifies each price, cost and completion outcome. Crypto-native payouts use their own product-specified asset and network.
Use the product’s Standard route and recovery policy. For an existing request, check its progress through actual settlement and receipt before initiating further action.
Crypto-native products use asset-specific shares and valuation conventions. sArcoUSD is associated with Stablecoin Savings. The selected product identifies its actual token and rights.
“Static Asset” names the MM-managed product category. Its shares reflect the strategy’s net asset value and can lose value. It does not establish a dollar peg, principal protection or a fixed APR.

Stablecoin Savings

Source guide: Stablecoin Savings
ArcoUSD is a payment and redemption token under normal dollar exchange conditions. sArcoUSD is an ERC-4626 vault share that provides exposure to Stablecoin Savings performance. Its exchange rate to ArcoUSD accrues per second and can also reflect losses and costs.
The Savings vault accepts ArcoUSD only. A combined screen can convert a supported stablecoin into ArcoUSD and deposit it into Savings in one flow, showing each step’s amount and costs.
No. Returns are reflected through the exchange rate, so the quantity stays unchanged while the value accrues per second. For example, assume, excluding fees, that the exchange rate of 1 sArcoUSD changes from 1.00 to 1.02 ArcoUSD over a period. The value of 1,000 sArcoUSD would then change from the equivalent of 1,000 to 1,020 ArcoUSD. A loss reflected in the exchange rate would reduce the value. This example does not state an actual return or payout amount.
The core flow is sArcoUSD redemption → ArcoUSD paid to the wallet → redemption into a supported stablecoin. Even if a combined withdrawal screen is offered, check the price, costs and liquidity conditions for each step and the final amount received.
The request follows the Standard route. Once the required assets are recovered, ArcoUSD is paid directly to your wallet without a separate claim transaction. For a submitted request, check its progress in the transaction history.
It is the liquidity policy for Stablecoin Savings, not a yield. MMF and Morpho lending performance, losses and costs determine the net value attributed to sArcoUSD.
T+1 is the portfolio’s capital-recovery objective under the applicable day-count and cutoff policy. Actual asset recovery, Savings payout into ArcoUSD and any further stablecoin redemption are separate outcomes. Confirm the offered route’s conditions and actual receipt.
Arco directly selects and rebalances the Stablecoin Savings treasury, curates the Morpho vault and the crypto-backed and RWA-backed markets it supplies, and manages recovery and liquidity. External funds and lending market participants retain their own roles under the product arrangements.

ETH Staking Vault

Deposit receipt and share allocation are separate from Ethereum transfer, validator allocation and activation. Pending assets and actively staked balances are recorded separately.
In this non-rebasing design, rewards, losses and costs change the ETH value per share. Additional deposits and other supported token operations can change the quantity held; a price update alone does not.
Arco retains withdrawal address and recovery authority within the MPC custody and applicable Security Council approval framework. The institutional operator performs validator duties and separately participates in the Council multisig. That participation does not give the operator unilateral withdrawal control; its permissions follow the assigned Council scope. Reward recipients, fees and operational permissions are identified separately.
They are separate layers. MPC coordinates custody signing through key shares; the Council multisig supplies signatures for its assigned actions. The applicable permissions connect approval to execution. Neither an approval nor a signature proves that assets have reached Ethereum validators or the customer’s GIWA wallet.
ETH recovery on Ethereum and customer payment on GIWA are separate outcomes. Follow the original request through return settlement and verified receipt.

Funds

Planned onboarding is not trading availability. After the underlying asset and class, rights, pricing and settlement connections, and eligibility conditions are finalized, check the product’s official announcement for availability. A product introduction link alone does not establish that purchases are available.
It depends on the product. At purchase confirmation, check the product price, costs and payment conditions, and the expected quantity received. The dollar exchange basis of ArcoUSD is not a fixed price for Funds product tokens.
First check the connection between the purchase request, burn transaction and external purchase and settlement. Tokens awaiting issuance before settlement are not received tokens. Claims, refunds or reprocessing following a price change, settlement delay or failure follow the product guide. Prepare the purchase request details and transaction records, then use the product’s designated operations inquiry channel. Any ArcoUSD reissuance required for a refund follows separate approval and records, and the product’s terms.
Check the product specifications for the payout asset, whether ArcoUSD payout or reissuance applies, and price finalization timing. Standard follows asset recovery and settlement schedules. For Instant, check the offered route and executable liquidity or quote. Token burning in direct redemption is also distinct from token transfer in an OTC acquisition transaction.
Check the distribution policy. Distinguish performance reflected in token price from separately distributed returns. External product returns and AUM do not represent ARCO vault size or a user’s guaranteed return.

Deposits and Redemptions

Source guide: Deposits and Redemptions
Wallet connection and asset spending approval are preparation steps. Verify that the actual deposit transaction succeeded and the product tokens reached the receiving wallet. For Funds, verify external purchase and settlement and receipt of the relevant product tokens separately.
The payment asset varies by product and redemption route. For stablecoin Savings, distinguish redemption of sArcoUSD from exchange of ArcoUSD into a supported stablecoin. For Funds and crypto-native Savings, check the product’s payment asset and settlement conditions.
ArcoUSD withdrawals are paid immediately from the stablecoin reserve. For other products, internal direct redemption is available when payment liquidity, valid pricing, limits, and operating conditions are met. OTC requires an executable quote and execution and payment conditions. Check available routes and fees before requesting redemption.
Completion of the request transaction may mean only that redemption was accepted. Asset recovery, settlement, or payment preparation may still be underway, so check the request state and payment transaction. Quantities already burned are linked to outstanding requests separately from the holding balance.
Distinguish products that fix the price at the request from those that fix the valuation price at settlement. The price fixing time shown on the request screen and in the product specification is the basis. The estimated amount at acceptance is not always the final payment amount.
Availability of cancellation, address changes, and returns depends on the product’s conditions and request state. Do not submit a duplicate new request before checking support for the action. Completed burn records are not reversed. Any required return or reissuance uses separate processing and records.
