Mainnet product guide draft · English v1.0 · 7 October 2026 Docs Home ARCO Vaults connect assets and strategies to product tokens, valuation or exchange rules, deposits, settlement and redemptions. Investors participate with supported assets and hold the corresponding product token. The price exposure, returns, losses and liquidity conditions of each product inform the ArcoUSD, Savings and Funds product families.

Product Tokens and Underlying Assets

Product tokens record holdings and transfers in ERC20 format on GIWA EVM. The 1:1 exchange basis for arcoUSD is separate from the valuation-based prices used by sarcoUSD and Funds products. A change in valuation does not automatically increase the token balance. Each vault defines the underlying assets or strategies and how funds are allocated and recovered. Product specifications and contracts define the rights represented by ProductToken holdings and how returns and losses are attributed. For products linked to external issuers, they also define the relationship between ProductToken and the external token or fund shares.

Vault Structure

Deposit funds and redemption liquidity are managed in separate vaults. Asset allocation and the provision or recovery of redemption funds follow the product’s assets, strategy and operational settlement routes. Products that require external asset purchases or redemptions connect the relevant issuance, management, distribution and settlement procedures to this flow.

Liquidity Architecture

Standard Redemption follows the product’s asset recovery and settlement schedule. Instant Redemption uses available liquidity in the Internal Liquidity Sleeve or an executable OTC Network arrangement, with a redemption fee. Burning and payout in internal direct redemptions are separate from transfer and payout in OTC token purchase transactions, and each uses its corresponding settlement method. See Vault Liquidity Architecture for the detailed conditions.

Product Use

  1. Review the investment exposure, eligibility, fees and redemption conditions.
  2. Connect a supported wallet and network, and deposit the designated payment asset.
  3. Receive the corresponding product token and review holdings using that product’s exchange or valuation basis.
  4. Recover assets through a redemption route offered by the product.
Review the applicable price and expected quantities before submitting a transaction. Request-based transactions separate submission from processing and completed payout, and these states are displayed separately. See Deposits and Redemptions for the detailed process.

Product Configuration

Each product defines the assets or strategies, payment asset, valuation source and pricing method, deposit and redemption routes, fees, liquidity and participation conditions connected to the common vault structure. Product specifications also include investors’ rights, responsible parties, official deployments and integration information.

Product Operating Roles

Using a product token in another service requires consideration of transfer restrictions, price sources, redemption availability and liquidity risk. ERC20 format alone does not establish support by a collateral or trading service, or eligibility to participate.
