Partner integration guide draft · English v1.0 · 20 October 2026 Distribution OS · Getting Started · Funds product guide Distribution OS connects every product in the ARCO Funds catalog to partner applications. Partners offer tokenized money market, bond, equity and residential private credit products inside their own service, and customers pay with ArcoUSD through one common purchase and redemption flow. The Funds product guide defines each product’s exposure, reference figures, rights and risks; this page describes what a partner integrates and displays.

Products partners can distribute

All eight products use the same Distribution OS integration. DigiFT-linked products and HOME through NUVA and Figure are both connected through ARCO vaults; DigiFT Product References and the HOME guide describe their external roles. Reference AUM, yields and returns are in the launch catalog. Each product’s launch announcement determines when it is enabled for a partner.

Product at a glance

Purchase flow

The ArcoUSD burn alone does not complete the purchase. Do not show product tokens awaiting issuance as a received balance. The product terms define the treatment of price changes, external purchase delays and settlement failures, including refunds or reprocessing. If a refund requires ArcoUSD to be reissued, it follows separate approval and records, and the original burn record is retained.

Redemption flow

A redemption request or token processing alone does not establish completed payout. Show the redemption as complete only after the payout asset reaches the recipient. In an OTC acquisition, a token transfer to the buyer is not a burn.

Positions and returns

Display Funds holdings with the definitions in Positions & Performance. External product AUM and returns describe the underlying product, not ARCO vault holdings or a customer’s return. Seven-day yield, yield to maturity, target net APY and historical returns measure different things; label each with its basis and period.

Integration fields to read per product

The applicable contract defines whether a customer’s position represents direct external holdings or separate rights linked to the underlying product. API integration does not change the product’s transfer restrictions or legal rights.

Interface notes

  • Funds confirmation, subscription processing and position allocation are distinct outcomes. A general deposit contract’s transfer and mint behavior is not evidence that it executes the complete Funds flow; use the Funds release specification for the actual interface.
  • Convert quantities to integers in each token’s smallest units, and store the purchase and redemption request identifiers. After a timeout, resolve the original request before submitting another.

Risks to disclose

Asset-specific price, credit, interest rate, currency and liquidity risks can cause losses. External purchase and settlement can be delayed, and redemption timing follows each underlying product’s business days, cutoffs and settlement cycle. See Access & Risk and the Funds product guide.
