Mainnet product guide draft · English v1.0 · 14 October 2026 Savings · ETH Staking Vault · Arco Saving Vault Crypto-native (Staking) connects an asset-specific Arco vault to institutional validator operations. Customers participate through the selected product’s deposit asset and vault shares. Validator rewards, penalties, losses and costs affect the position’s value under its accounting rules.

Product and capital flow

Customer deposit → vault share allocation → staking allocation → validator operation → reconciled valuation → asset recovery → customer payout. Deposit receipt, share issuance and validator activation are separate outcomes. The deposit and payout networks are identified separately from the network on which validators operate. Assets awaiting movement or activation remain distinct from active validator balances and from immediately available payout assets.

ETH Staking Vault

ETH Staking Vault is the representative design: deposits and share issuance occur on GIWA, with the underlying ETH staked on Ethereum. The GIWA vault and Ethereum allocation use MPC-based custody. Arco retains withdrawal and recovery authority within the custody and approval framework. Institutional operators perform validator duties and participate with Arco in the Security Council multisig for its assigned actions. The non-rebasing share design reflects rewards, losses and costs in ETH value per share. Its detailed guide covers custody and Council permissions, ETH price and net APR, redemption and a clearly labeled hypothetical numerical example.

Price and net staking performance

The price relationship is net assets attributable to shares, measured in the product’s stated reference asset, divided by shares outstanding. Reconcile the assets, rewards, costs, losses and pending obligations using their actual records. An operator’s reported APR can use a different capital or fee basis from the vault’s net APR. Staking performance in the reference asset is distinct from its market price in dollars. The selected product defines whether performance changes share price, token quantity or a separately claimable distribution. The ETH case uses price-based, non-rebasing shares; other products follow their own specifications. An asset label does not establish support for native staking on that asset’s network.

Redemption and risk

Standard follows the product’s recovery and settlement process, which may include network withdrawal or exit queues. An offered Instant route depends on payout assets already available through the internal sleeve or an executable OTC arrangement. Actively staked assets and assets in return settlement are not necessarily available for immediate payment. Institutional operation does not eliminate penalties, slashing, asset representation, custody, operator or liquidity risks. Recovery receipt on the staking network and actual payment to the customer are separate outcomes. See Vault Liquidity Architecture, Terms and Risks and Security and Operations.
